1. Description
Lingzhi has its own unique characteristics : Soft, corny, flat, kidney shaped cap, and has white brown pores. Lingzhi is classified as polypore due to its characteristic, lacks gills on its underside and releases its spores through fine pores. Lingzhi also includes several fungal species of the genus Ganoderma, and is closely related to Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma tsugae species. Lingzhi is also used as a medicinal use mushroom in east Asia, and even used as a medical care in transitional Chinese medicine for more over 2 millenary. Due to its long history being used as a medicine, Lingzhi has become as one of the oldest mushrooms known to have been used medicinally. Lingzhi has nickname as "ultimate herbal substance" due to its lack of side-effects and presumed health value Lingzhi is listed in East Asia.

Ginseng is one of 11 species that grows slow-grow with fleshy roots in perennial plants, and has its alliance with genus Panax. (Araliaceae family). Ginseng is found only in the Northern Hemisphere, which includes North America and in eastern Asia (Typically in Korea, northeastern China, and eastern Siberia), usual areas with cool climates.
